Our design center can plan a complete coating system for customers, including surface pretreatment, coating equipment (powder spraying, painting, disk automatic electrostatic coating system), drying curing furnace, assembly and conveying line equipment.
This electrostatic powder coating line includes powder coating room, powder recovery system (filter element recovery, cyclone recovery, rapid color change recovery device and automatic spraying machine, etc.), powder curing furnace and conveying chain

Feature
1. The powder coating line does not need thinner, the construction has no pollution to the environment, no toxicity to human body, and the curing time of spray construction is short.
2. The coating has excellent appearance quality, high adhesion and mechanical strength.
