Introduction

Application
1. High voltage electrostatic powder coating machine with built-in high voltage generator, input 0-12vac, 0.8A
2. With "distance current voltage" automatic control circuit, it can ensure the stability of radiation current. Ensure the best amount of powder charge. Easy to penetrate "Faraday shielding cage", eliminate "anti ionization" phenomenon, completely solve the phenomenon of ignition, greatly reduce the production of orange peel, ensure the quality of surface spraying.
Pneumatic control: control the opening and closing of solenoid valve. Through the gas distributor, pressure reducing valve and barometer, the concentration gas and atomization gas are adjusted to control the powder output and flow rate, so as to make the powder spray evenly and continuously. The tertiary gas is used to cool the Beizhuang block and clean the discharge needle.
3. The powder coating enters the electrostatic spray gun through the powder feeder through the powder conveying pipe. The head of the spray gun is equipped with a metal discharge needle. The built-in high-voltage generator is excited by the controller to generate 100kV negative high voltage, which generates dense negative charges around the discharge needle. When the powder is ejected from the head of the electrostatic powder spraying gun, it captures the charge and becomes charged powder. Under the action of air flow and electric field force, it flies to the grounded workpiece and adsorbs on its surface. After curing (plasticizing), it forms a solid film.
