Introdction
Infrared gas burner (also known as gas burner ) has good combustion performance, long service life and high performance-to-price ratio.The shell of the gas burner adopts high temperature resistant cast steel, and the heat energy plate selects the imported high temperature resistant honeycomb porous ceramic plate as the combustion plate; the gas burner is completely premixed with air during combustion to ensure complete combustion, thus reducing the emission of pollutants.
Working Principal
During the combustion of gas burner, about 70% of the energy is transferred into infrared wave by means of radiation. This kind of infrared wave 2-6um is most easily absorbed by matter molecules and polymers, and has a strong penetrating force, which can stimulate the resonance of water molecules, evenly permeate heat into the core of the heated object, ensure uniform heating effect, improve heating quality and drying efficiency.The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, fast heating, high calorific value and energy saving gas. The combustion temperature is as high as 1000 ℃, and the general stove is only about 600C.
