The fluidizing suction unit is a complete set including fluidizing tube inside. It can completely replace of hopper for the powder coating machine. The material is stainless steel. It's antirust and durable.
Application
2B viberation electrostatic powder coating machine. To suck the powder directly from the powder box to instead of the hoppper. The unit is easy to clean and easy to change color.

Cleaning the fluidizing/suction unit
1. Remove the injector
2. Remove PowerClean module
3. Clean the fluidizing/suction unit with compressed air. Also blow off the suction tube with compressed air.
4. Clean the injector (see therefore the injector user manual)
5. Clean PowerClean module
6. Reassemble the individual parts. Cleaning the OptiSelect GM03 manual
