Spray II Integral Power Supply (IPS) automatic electrostatic powder spray gun electrostatically charges and sprays organic powder coatings. The integral power supply (multiplier) (4) is available in either positive or negative polarity and is user-replaceable. The spray gun can be used with several different control units and powder pumps.
Optional gun air upgrade kits are available that include a diffuser (9) and/or nozzle extension (2). The diffuser injects gun air into the powder-air mixture to evenly blend it before it reaches the nozzle (1). From the diffuser, the gun air is routed to the nozzle extension. Gun air flows through the nozzle extension and out around the electrode to prevent some powder coatings such as metallics from collecting on the electrode.
