Introduction
The manual powder coating booth can provide a bright and clean operating environment for the coating process. It is designed for oversized product. The operation is easy and economical. The integrated and innovative powder collection module is designed to effectively capture overspray powder. The pneumatic pulse injection system will clean the filter regularly to prevent powder accumulation and prolong the filter life. All the spray rooms are of splicing structure with reasonable structure, which is suitable for the matching use of small powder coating line and laboratory powder coating.
Working principle
The fan of the powder coating booth draws in air through the filter, which generates negative pressure in the chamber, so the powder sprayed in the air stream will gather in the filter. At the same time, the automatic pulse spraying equipment will clean the filter at intervals, and drop the powder into the funnel below the booth in the recycling process through the filter.
