Introduction

The function of the cyclone separator is to separate the recovered powder from the transmission air. The air powder mixture extracted from the spray chamber is sent to the cyclone separator. The powder particles with large weight are centrifuged to the wall of cyclone separation, and then fall into the lower powder screen. The impurities are screened out, and the qualified powder re enters the powder circuit for further use. The cyclone separator is more suitable for fast color changing spraying.

The powder recovery rate can reach more than 98% with the two-stage recovery system of cyclone and filter element.
