Customized Stroke Vertical Reciprocator Of Electrostatic Powder Coating
Introduction
Vertical reciprocator is a special lifting equipment used in painting or powder coating. It is a whole lifting equipment composed of lifting platform, operation control equipment, motor, cable and other auxiliary devices.
Working principle
The hydraulic pressure oil depends on the vane pump to generate the corresponding pressure. After filtering the oil device, isolating the explosion type electromagnetic installation direction valve, throttle valve, liquid control one-way valve and balance valve, the oil enters into the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder can move upward and lift the weight, The return oil of the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the isolation explosion type electromagnetic switching direction valve. Its rated working pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the value is read by checking the pressure gauge. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward, that is, to let the weight fall down. The hydraulic oil flows into the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder through the explosion proof electromagnetic switching direction valve, and the return oil from the lower part of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, the hydraulic control one-way valve, the throttle valve and the explosion proof electromagnetic switching direction valve. In order to make the heavy object fall smoothly and brake safely, a balance valve is set on the oil return road to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure, so that the falling speed will not be changed by the weight of the heavy object. The throttle valve adjusts the flow and controls the lifting speed of the elevator.
