Working principle

When the voltage is high enough, the air near the gun head will produce strong corona discharge, forming a gas ion area. When the coating particles atomized by the electrostatic spray gun are in this area, the coating particles will be negatively charged. When the coated workpiece is suspended on the grounded conveying line, there will be a positive charge on the surface of the workpiece. According to the electrostatic principle of opposite charge attraction, the coating mist particles with negative charge move to the different working surface, are absorbed and deposited on the surface of the workpiece, forming a uniform and dense film, and the workpiece is coated.
